The assessment process is tough and becoming endorsed is an achievement but this is just the start of the process.  As a company it is important for us to go the extra mile to ensure our customers a quality, fair and reliable service, where customer satisfaction is a top priority, therefore we were thrilled to receive such recognition which is granted to those who have evidenced they have gone above and beyond the required standards.

• gained a steady stream of reviews on your Which? Trusted Traders profile page – at least 12 during the qualifying period
• had no or few customer complaints and resolved them fairly (Happy to say we had none ?)
• completed all your endorsement actions within the agreed timeframe
• submitted all compliance documents (for example, insurance documents) to Which? Trusted Traders within agreed timeframes
• paid your membership fee on time every month
• received a positive result following a business risk check
• dealt with Which? Trusted Traders staff politely at all times
• complied with the terms and conditions of the endorsement scheme at all times.
